The place was clean and for the price it was very fancy. Breakfast had plenty of options, and everyone can find something that they like.

Good looking, classy and quite cheap as for 4 star. Friendly, english speaking service. Nice but quite too basic breakfast.
The are cheating - I got a room in Villa Morris which is located much worse, 100 m behind hotel.
They counted my Kozel beer as Pilzner...
I left dirty towel on the floor and they prepared it as a new one...lol
Terrible wifi and only a few working channels in TV.

If i could put a negative mark for service, i would use it. They are monopolistic in Ceska Lipa so customer service is a notion still coming from another galaxy - it did not reach them yet...
If they could take care of their guest, room and location would give them a 5 stars..

Nice little gem. Central location with nice views. Found the beds too soft and huge pillows. Couldn't open windows to get fresh air in the night, very warm. Food was fine, offer local Czech wine and beer. Rooms and bathroom spacious, clean. Bathroom included a vanity set, no hair conditioner, cheap loo paper. Good breakfast selection including vitamin bombs. Despite few small things, enjoyed the stay, would return.

All parking spaces in an area of less than a kilometer are chargeable and often full.
