My partner and I decided to stay in this quaint and unique looking hotel on our visit to Prague. We were pleasantly greeted at the reception (in the Golden Star) and offered a welcome drink. Our airport pickup was prompt, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast offered was beyond expectation, and the room was clean and cozy. Prague Castle was a few minutes walk up, and Charles Bridge is a few minutes walk down. The hotel is situated on a small cobbled road with a steep incline (but we knew this before booking). Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prague.

This is an excellent place for a romantic holiday for couples. The rooms are oozing style and old fashioned romantic feeling. Beds are really comfortable and the place is very clean. It is literally in the heart of the old town, walking distance from everything you'll want to see in Prague. Restaurant also makes some delicious local dishes. Highly recommended!

The experience here was amazing, the hotel works under the Golden Star Hotel up the road. We rung the bell and a lovely man came down from the hotel to greet us and show us around. The concierge in the Golden Star was just as friendly, they gave us lots of information. The castle was directly up the road and there were tonnes of shops nearby, cafes, restaurants and general shops, the metro was just a ten minute walk down the steep hill. The room itself was spacious, old fashioned but cosy, good sized bathroom and a big bedroom! Very warm despite the minus temperature, breakfast underneath the restaurant was also well catered. Would definitely recommend

Called here for dinner. Staff are very accomodating and very friendly. However the special offer on the food displayed outside slightly misleading and the goulash consisted of 3 pieces of meat and 3 pieces of bread. Watery potato soup and dry piece of cake. In all not the best by any means. Beer at 90c for a 0.4 is very expensive too. So a meal for 2 expecting good value came out at £43. However place itself lovely, toilets immaculate and staff very pointed about you paying a service charge.. Just my experience....

This hotel is nice but with a few drawbacks.. It is up a big hill right next to the castle and makes for a long walk when coming home at night(or u could uber for cheap). Also no air-con.. But a lot of places are like this.(they have fans). Great breakfast and also a great family room on the top floor with 3 beds.. Perfect for a family of 4. 3 minutes walk to castle
