The service at this hotel wasn't bad. We did full intensive package with 3 procedures a day at their wellness center. The staff at the procedures was great. My favorite was a lady Called Tatiana she was very sweet and did my carbon dioxide gas in a bag procedure and had great service when ever I saw her in halls.
The food was great at buffet every day. All though for lunch it would take them long time to bring food out.
Everything else was good except the conditions of the room. They have paint chips on walls and need a remodel. If that doesn't bother you everything else will be great if you come here for the wellness experience.

Amazing high quality hotel, well reflected in pricing. Lunch and Dinner buffets are excellent, hotel bar is too small. Apartments are amazing and you should get one if available.
Pool is a bit too cold, design of the wellness area is more for medical and not for relax stays. Get a Thai massage, they are excellent.

I stayed here recently for four nights.
From the moment you walk up the stairs leading to reception the service is incredible.
Staff are always around to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Great rooms, great facilities, most staff are also English speaking.
Amazing price as well.
Thoroughly recommend staying here if you come to Karlovy Vary.
About 10-15 minute walk from the Town centre for the shops etc

We had a wellness package and we were pleased with the services, the room and the accommodation. However the staff barely speak English or even Czech and we encountered extremely rude staff. When we complained in the reception they seem to not care. Also, we have a la carte lunch and they charged us 40%+ in services at the check out with no information provided.

I was on the 5th of May of this year in this Hotel and I can only say how grateful I am for this amazing experience in this Hotel.
The service was amazing and the workers there were very nice and knew everything. The Doctors there, who helped me get the right treatments, were also very pleasant and gave me the right treatments that I deserved. I felt very relaxed there and enjoyed my time.
A special thanks is to the worker Tomas Masarik, who helped me get the right information that I needed and was very entertaining and pleasant to talk to.
The location of this hotel also deserves an extra 5 stars because the view of my hotel room was beautiful and I enjoyed the fresh air, outside of the hustle and bustle of my home town.
I already booked a new trip for October and hope to have the same treatment as I did before.
