Mena Red Sea Palace Hotel
Great location (in city center), but unfortunately the service is not as good. My special request (connecting door) is not available when checking in (even though I already make a note about that when I book), and staff is not really responsive. The reception staff seems lack of hospitality. Hope they will improve much more next time.

Bagus, besar kamarnya. Cocok untuk transit sebelum ke Makkah. Kalau bertiga lebih baik pesen yang 1 kamar saja, bisa lebih ekonomis, soalnya besar banget kamarnya. Bersih dan nyaman.

The room was spacious and great. Breakfast menu is not too good, have to wait too long for the bellboy to take the luggage from room to the lobby for check out
