The hotel was about 3km from Masjid Nabawi. The room was big and comfortable.. nice view of the mountains and clean too. Getting food was easy. There’s pharmacy nearby too. Getting Uber transport was easy. We enjoyed the stay.

Booked the junior suite. Rooms were absolutely lovely however, when we first arrived check in took around 20 minutes. The receptionist tried double charging too however, had to clarify the booking.com price and misunderstanding was solved. Customer service could be a lot better hence why I didn’t give it 5*. Maybe a Salam here and there would do them well. We had a late checkout which we appreciate. Location wise quite close to a lot of food options and you can easily careeem (taxi) to the Prophers masjid. Overall really nice just need to work on customer serivice.

The room wide, clean and well furnished, 7 min by car from profet mosque. Bathroom products average quality. There is no coffee machine in the room. TV can't be move to connect into Netflix.

Reception staff was very rude and unprofessional. Cannot speak a word in English and he has too much attitude problem. Even no respect for ladies and families. Parking space is limited and construction in front of the gate. No restaurant in the hotel.

Totally unprofessional Reception and Room service Team. Couldn’t communicate in English, which is horrific since this is a basic requirement for hotel workers and partially couldn’t communicate with the Room Service stuff neither in Arabic nor in English. Moreover, Rude attitude of Room service stuff. No Restaurant❌ therefore no Breakfast. P/S ratio totally overrated. I felt it’s basically a Normal Modern looking flat with no residential(Hotel) services. Bathroom too narrow so that I couldn’t close the doors completely. Waited 35 minutes at the Haram until the bus arrived since the driver came too late. Too loud at Daytimes due to loud workers sound in the Neighbour building. The only positive Aspect : How the Hotel looks from the outside! And the modern Rooms! (Just the visuals )
