A quite exceptional property. Breakfast was nutritious, especially the porridge (always a good test of the standard of cuisine).Bedroom was pleasantly warm and the double bed comfortable. All in all, a credit to Elgin.

We had a lovely two night stay at the pines. We appreciated the warm welcome & shown our room. It’s was lovely and well equipped. Also liked the option to order our breakfasts for each morning. Avoided waste.
We were in room 3. Comfy king size bed with a Coffee machine & biscuits which were replenished each day.
Breakfast were made to order, hot & delicious.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pines. Highly recommend it & hope to stay there again when we visit our friends in the area.

Had a great stay at the Pines guest house, the hosts were lovely, it was the hosts sister and her husband at the time, great breakfast and loved the quirkyness . Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
