Overall was great. Great location, near Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT Station. Larger room compared to the same price hotel. The room was clean. Easy to find food.

Room was spacious, neat, well equipped, modern furniture, very clean, cool AC, along with baby cot/bed barrier by request to keep my baby safe. Great locations, next to 7-11 and Food Republic, across Singapore Clinic, only few steps to Bencoolen MRT and Bras Basah MRT, minutes away from museums, few stops to Orchard area. Staff were very helpful even the helped us booking Grabcar. There's nothing to ask for more. Will definitely come back again. Thank you.

Big room, king size bed, lot of storage to put things, so clean and comfort. Good location, near 7-eleven, food court, bencoolen and bras basah MRT station also bus stop. Overall love it!

The hotel is at the right spot of the city centre. Still quiet but very accessible to where the crowds are. Right next door the's food court, MRT station and walking distance to CHIMJ compound. Room is standard but good enough to rest with its facilities. The MRT station is also only 1 stop to Marina Bay sands and in one line to EXPO to transfer directly to changi. Perfect location.

My wife and I chose this hotel as it is located in Bencoolen area which is very near MRT station for Downtown Line. So it's easily accessible from the airport. It is also near various bus stops, Food Court + restaurant and 24 hours mini market. The standard room we stayed in was very spacious with amazing wifi connectability and always kept clean. Sadly we did not get the street view and could only see building next door from our room. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and satisfying for us, even if the price is a little bit higher compared to other hotels in the same location.

It was easy to check in, and friendly staff proceeded with our check-in; When we got back from outside, the room was already clean, and we loved the spaciousness of our room. Don't forget the hotel is near the metro and bus stops.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Very convenient location near two MRT stations (Bencoolen & Bras Basah). Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Room was spacious enough for us (2 adults and 1 toddler). The only downside of this hotel is there 's no restaurant or room service. But it wasn't an issue for us as there is a food court next to the hotel. We would recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and cozy stay. Room is spacious enough for 2 of us but bathroom is a little small though. Love the carpeted floor and also the king sized bed! The mattress and pillows are super comfy as well. Didn't managed to try out the pool and jacuzzi as we have little time in our hotel. Location is definitely a plus point too with 2 MRT stations nearby.

I book for double-bed with balcony, it comes out the room is under maintenance. And because this is the last room with balcony, so I moved out to twin bed room without balcony, and I got complimentary red wine. I like the room very much, because of the high level room, so it 's far from the traffic noise. The room is simple, clean as well, spacious enough, complete standard amenity, but I guess it need a rain shower not just a single hand shower. Hot water is good, air con is well maintain, lighting is well place, a hidden safe deposit box, and I feel welcome by the staff. Despite this hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but I'm easily find a breakfast spot for breakfast (100 m to Starbucks and Hugg's Cafe), a few step to 7-Eleven, one block to heavy-breakfast. What I love the most is it 's just a few step to 2 line of subway (Bencoolen & Brasbasah), bus stop, and taxi stand/pick up location just across the street. I will come here again? Of course! Can I give 6 out of 5 star experience?
