Cheap Hotels in Balestier

I booked a room with window but they assigned me a room without a window.

The staff is very helpful and caring.

Stayed here for two nights during The Eras Tour Taylor Swift. I did some research about how Singapore hotels especially the 2-3 star hotels have limitations due to its land constraints so I expected how compact the room is gonna be but I didn't expect it to be SO clean, with a huge window so it didn't feel suffocating. The bed actually has a vacant space so we can easily store our luggage there and when we want to pray, we can just put it back in. The toilet is also very clean too, it smells good & relaxing, the water heater works perfectly fine just as the bath complimentary. My room actually has hairdryer, mini fridge too (despite how compact the room is), a make up mirror (yess with the cool make up-made lighting), a clothing hanger and a mini chair. It was such a perfect, clean, spotless, 2 star hotels. I was so happy might return next time. Oh and the staffs are also so very kind! We goofed around and I asked so many places to explore in Singapore and they were happily answered and gave many recommendations! So happy staying here.

Overalls it was good but unfortunately my shower had very strong rusty smell which lasted for entire 7 nights. It didn't get fixed after they claimed to have replaced the shower head. I suspect it wad from the water tank or the pipe. Very good effort but unfortunately never again.

Staffs there are so friendly, they offer us to store our luggage while waiting for the next flight. The room is exactly like the photos, but however the wall and floor likes to get foggy.

The room too small, I book for 2 adult and 1 child but no additional pillow or amenities. They don't clean up the room and never take out trash event we put the sign on the door handle. So everytime we get back to our room, we should call front desk for towel, trash, new amenities and water. The staff are nice, location near bus stop, but no MRT amd no food stalls around it, so we should walk to nearest mall for eat.

Overall good&save to stay for Foreigner.

It was a good deals staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful. But for me personally, for bidet in bathroom. There 's no bidet for the toilet but luckily the shower is located near the toilet, so you can make a hacks with that if you really need bidet to wash after pee or poo. And then there 's only one electric plugs. So I have to take turns wearing it with my sister, because we didn't bring terminal cable. Oh, you can borrow an iron to staff actually. They'll bring it to you immediately.
