Really enjoyed my stay at Carlton, can't wait to head back for another staycation there. The room was pleasantly cleaned for our stay and what was above standards was the cups that were wrapped up in plastic prior to us checking in. The view was totally splendid - we could see the Singapore skyline and overlook MBS and the evening sunset was amazing from within the room. Maybe we got the right angle I don't know, but we were both totally comfortable with our stay at Carlton. If I were to nitpick (if I must), the wifi was a tad slow and the Google Cast wasn't working smoothly. Took us about 3 tries to finally cast our Netflix and catch Friends throughout the night. Also, the bathtub's design was a little off too - there wasn't a particular area where you can lay your head on and water seems to be just seeping away, resulting in a lower than comfortable bath water level. No biggie though, took a great bath, had some alcohol and enjoyed our time together in the comfy confined space. Kudos to the team that made the environment safe for such a pleasant stay!

Hotel rooms are clean, the check in and check out was easy and fast, not much waiting time, Raffles city mall was just across the hotel, easily accessible to the MRT as well.

A very convenient location for shopping as well as dining. Got a free upgrade to Premier room as my mum booked premier room on the 8th September while I booked a deluxe room on the 9th September. Room was quite small. Was given a free cake on my birthday 😄. Overall enjoyed my stay

Service was great and check-in process was smooth. Room was decently sized and clean. TV was a bit small but had a good list of channels and has Chromecast feature too.
Greatest highlight of the stay would definitely be the premier club lounge at the top floor which comes with a great view of the city and harbour. Service delivered by Mr Yogen and his team were excellent — both of them were very helpful and attentive. The Singapore Sling mixed by Mr Yogen was very good as well. For food wise, they have a wide variety and tasted great too. Drinks selection was also good and of good quality. Breakfast selection was also good, and as always, great service rendered by the crew too.
However, was a bit disappointed that no complimentary birthday cake was given.
Nonetheless, will definitely return to this hotel and enjoy their Premier Club Lounge. Kudos to the crew!

Need simple breakfast not buffet. Swimming pool water freezing! No hot tub. No top sheet on bed. No cigar smoking area. No lunch restaurant.

AC did not work well in the room. Asked front desk 2 days in a row and nothing was done. Complained again 3rd day and technicians came, still can't go below 25 degree. Not a pleasant stay in warm Singapore.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, kamar nyaman dan bersih, jalan kaki 2 menit ke mall rafles city. Dekat dengan mrt city hall. Dari sekian hotel yang telah saya coba di singapore, hotel Carlton ini yang paling recommend karena aksesnya sangat mudah dan dekat kemana saja.
