We stayed 6 days 5 nights in this hotel. At first I feel a bit hesitated to booked after read some reviews about the unprofessional receptionist, but try to ignore after read some other reviews about the spacious room & good location. Unfortunately I got a room with broken bath up tap. So I called the receptionist for room changing, unlucky Amir is the one who accepted my phone. He worked so slow, answer with unprofessional tone, with no solution until I have to go down & confronted him, Then I got my room changed with his sour face. Long story short, the next day I reported him to his superior, Ms. Nana, After she listened to the story, She apologized and asked Amir to apologized of his unprofessional behaviour. She then try to offered some complimentary additional services which I appreciated but in the end I just have to turn down the good gesture, since it will not give Amir a good lessons. Despite that unprofessional staff problem, the hotel is still in good condition, the cleaning lady cleans very well. The hotel has a quite spacious room also the location is good. Anyway, Thank you to Ms. Jocelyn and especially to Ms. Nana who sincerely try to solved the problem & make my staying there pleasant.

Room is clean. But I was expecting a more special touch when I added notes; it was for a wedding anniversary. Wife is unhappy about the 2 single beds as we requested for 1 queen size instead. Breakfast was good. Overall an OK staycay.

Nice Hotel to stay. Located near MRT station (around 200 m) and in front of bus station. Don't need to worry about transportation. The hotel room was clean and big enought for couple. I stayed for 4 night here. Breakfast food was standard. But overall I enjoyed stay there.

Booked for 31dec'22 countdown, though no fireworks can be seen from the hotel but theres a bridge near the hotel that can see the fireworks from far. Also received a free upgrade to their suite & it was just an amazing experience staycay 😊 thank you so much!

The rooms were squeezy especially the toilets. The balcony door can't be opened unless we call and ask to open it. But once you close the door, you can't open it again.

What I love.- So comfortable. The room is clean.- the employee are so nice.- they serve variety of good foods for breakfast.- gave us a lot of bottled water in our room.- comfy bed.- comfy gym. Downside:- It ' s nearby the bus station but far from MRT.- The pool is not really big.- no supermarket nearby.

We book family room but was given standard room. We checked with reception, they are also unsure. Eventually they send extra bed for us. However what we book is 1 queen 1 single and not extra bed and the room is too squeezy.

Service was very disappointing, several times there were no towels in the bathroom, asking for towels needed to wait for almost 1 hour, room service was very bitchy, many times asking for towels were answered unfriendly. Dirty rooms, carpets have to be vacuumed, very disappointing.

Room is spacious. Location is good, breakfast is tasty. Staff are very responsive. Bathroom is relatively small compared to the room size; Otherwise it 's perfect. I would rate 9 out of 10 because of the rather small bathroom and lack of bidet.

It says there is a balcony but was given a room with a small balcony just for the pot of plant, instead of the room with big balcony facing the swimming pool. Also there is no handheld shower head and the flush and tap are all manual and very hard to trun on! My niece had to alwsys ask for help to turn on the tap.
