Never been to capsule hotel before. But this one is highly recommended. A very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Smooth check-in and - out. Located at the Chinatown, a walking distance to down town. Lots of street food nearby the hotel. Awesome!

If you traveling with friends, family, or even kids, this room at cube hotel will be very nice. Clean, unique, very near from Chinatown station (MRT). even the spacious still ok for singapore hotel. Also have a lot of food stall around hotel or even a Chinese food court. For someone who strict about HALAL food, don't worry, there’s a McD. Oh ya, for someone who love to strolling around with Grabwheels, there’s a grabwheels parking area in foodcourt area.

The hotel is a budget hotel, with a very small rooms. However, the room was filled with all the amenities we need, there is an electric kettle, toiletries, and spacious beds. We stayed here with 4 grown-ups and 2 kids, and the beds accommodated us very well. The room was also very clean, the AC was cool, and the bathroom/toilet was adequate with a good hot water supply. They even gave us complimentary soda and coffee/tea, and mineral water. Really great. We had a great night staying here.

The accommodation was good, able to fit 6 pax but the space is quite cramped. The reception staff is very friendly. There are all of things to eat and do around the area. I have a great staycation with my family in Chinatown.

Just across Chinatown complex. Surrounded by restaurants and food stalls. Walking distance to Chinatown train station. Take a stairs to get into the hotel as it is on level 2. Room is quite small but enough bed for 5 of us. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Location is perfect, in the middle of chinatown. Close to MRT station and shopping center. Family room was very good, I stayed with my wife and 3 kiddos.

Everything is nice despite: 1. The access to the hotel quite challenging for people who brings luggage. 2. The deposits, I need to wait max 30 days for get my money which quite a lot. Although in another hotel I can get advance payback for my deposits.

The room is very small. It is enough for one person to walk, if two people side by side can't pass. It is very difficult to move for adults in such a small room. The size of the room is probably more or less 3x4 m2 including the bathroom but for 6 people. The suitcase (cabin size) does not fit in the room, some go into the bathroom & climb onto the bed to be able to walk to the bathroom. When checking in it is difficult to use the application, and a deposit of $ 100 is charged. The receptionist is also not very friendly and not very helpful. For those of us who want this comfort, it is not recommended to stay here. I have stayed in Japan using a capsule hotel but it was still very comfortable not as narrow as this. To enter the hotel, climb the stairs as high as the ones in the photo plus climb the same stairs again to get to the room. Lift your own suitcase. It's a bit of a struggle indeed.

Lobby of the hotel on the second floor theres no elevator only small stairs, so hard if you bring big suitecase and if you go with old parents.

The room was clean and spacious enough for luggage. The staff are friendly and nice. Especially the smell is pleasant. It 's great staying here. But you need to be very quiet at night so other rooms can sleep.

Ukuran kamar standar ukuran hotel di singapura. Cukup kecil tapi nyaman dan fasilitas lengkap dan bersih. Resepsionisnya juga ramah banget dan helpful. Lokasi hotel juga mudah ditemukan, di sekitar hotel banyak pilihan makanan dan dekat mrt.

Lokasi bagus, kamar juga bagus, kurangnya cuma gak di bersihkan tiap hari. Saya menginap 2 malam, jadi pada malam ke dua keadaan kamar berserakan, sampe gak di keluarkan, benar-benar buruk udara dalam kamar, dan banyak debu-debu halus.
