Great hotel to stay, near to MRT

Comfortable & pleasant stay at this hotel.. Location 5-10min walking distance to MRT Jalan Besar & also have bus infront of MRT station. The best part is receptionist give us early checkin. Thank you..

We were given early check in and we were very grateful for that. The hotel was clean but not soundproof, disturbed by small children in neighboring rooms. There was no refrigerator, microwave and safe and no coffee or tea. The hotel price was quite cheap for Singapore standards but in world terms it was quite expensive even before I was in Tokyo for the same price I got more facilities. Overall I was satisfied especially because there was no dust because I am allergic to dust.

Just one minute away from MRT jalan Besar and about 5 minutes away from the bus stop— super convenient! I chose the non standard room so I got the window. The room is okay. Staffs are friendly.

Pros:- When we arrived, the lobby was very cool, which was a great relief considering the hot weather outside.- The check-in process was easy and fast; We just showed the booking confirmation and the passports of each guest. The staff was also very friendly.- The room was clean and quite spacious, with 2 bottles of water, tea, coffee, and a functioning refrigerator.- The hot water worked well and quickly. The bathroom was clean, and all the toiletries were provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, sanitary bag, body soap, shampoo, and 2 towels for 2 people).- The air conditioning was very cold, and the mattress was soft and extremely comfortable.- There was a large mirror and a storage cabinet.- The room was cleaned every day, with free water provided daily and towels changed. The staff was quick to respond when I was locked out of my room.- The location is very close to places to eat, bus stops, and MRT stations. It's also near tourist attractions, shopping malls, and convenience stores. Cons:- The walls seemed a bit thin because if people were speaking loudly in the next room, it was clearly audible. However, this isn't entirely the hotel's fault; Guests should be more considerate and avoid shouting in resting areas.- The area around the hotel feels slightly unsafe at night, especially if traveling alone. Overall, my stay here was very satisfying and well worth the price. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with good service and affordable rates in Singapore.

Strategic location near MRT station and fair value of money

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room were comfortable. The location was perfect, close to MRT. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Bathroom was so dirty, there was urine at toilet bowl, mirror was so dirty even during stay they just make bed, put aminities and replace towel, no cleaning bathroom at all.

Good hotel and nice staff, the location is near with Jalan Besar MRT station and Mustafa Centre 👍.
