The hotel is very strategic, close to the bus stop and the MRT main road. It's very close to everywhere. The receptionist is very helpful, they can leave their luggage even though they have checked out.

The hotel's strategic location is on Jalan Besar, close to MRT station and bus station. In addition, it is also easy to find halal food because it is located in the Little India area which has many food stalls with Indian, Malaysian, Thai, and Arabic menus. The only minus is the unavailability of a water bidet in the hotel bathroom, but it can be worked around by using a shower.

We checked in on Saturday night at 12 midnight, the floor of the room was very dirty, lots of dust, tissue and paper. However, because I was tired I did not ask for it to be cleaned. The next day I put a request on the door for the room to be cleaned, but when I returned that night, the room was still in the same condition. Very dirty 🥹🥹🥹 I went down to the receptionist and complained, but the staff said there was no room cleaning service on Sundays. Imagine my suffering in that room, I coughed and sneezed all night because of the dust. Please don't stay here again, spend a little more money and find another hotel. This is really not worth it 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very friendly staff, fast check in, room cleaned every day, close to the central MRT

We were given early check in and we were very grateful for that. The hotel was clean but not soundproof, disturbed by small children in neighboring rooms. There was no refrigerator, microwave and safe and no coffee or tea. The hotel price was quite cheap for Singapore standards but in world terms it was quite expensive even before I was in Tokyo for the same price I got more facilities. Overall I was satisfied especially because there was no dust because I am allergic to dust.

Yes, it's called Singapore, a 1 million hotel, but it feels like a 300 thousand hotel in Jakarta, hehe

My family and I just had a trip together and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Because it is an Indian area, there will be many Indians and Malays living there, very few Asians. The positive points of this hotel are that it is near the Catholic church (about 10 minutes walk), there are many restaurants around (even a Vietnamese restaurant at the beginning of the street) and a mall. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Mustafa supermarket (open 24/7). Across the street from the hotel is MRT. There is a hot and cold water dispenser right in front of the housekeeping staff's storage area. Check out is quick because they don't need to check the room, just give them the key and it's done. Negative points: although the room is for 2 people, the hotel only gives 1 bottle of water. The bathroom sink has moss. The room is not soundproof (talking inside the room but people outside can hear it). Note that the room does not have a refrigerator.

Just one minute away from MRT jalan Besar and about 5 minutes away from the bus stop— super convenient! I chose the non standard room so I got the window. The room is okay. Staffs are friendly.
