the location is right behind Bugis MRT. got a bit of a cool city light view, close to 711, bus stop, and there is a smart tv in the room. the water heater works well, there is also an air conditioner. the interior looks unfinished but I like the concept, very aesthetic ^_^ unfortunately when I stayed there, the elevator was under maintenance. going up to the 5th floor felt like a workout hehehe. one of the cozy places that I will put back on my traveling list

There is only one lift for going to room. One day, lift under repair. Imagine if you are in 5th floor by stairs. Hm

Quite okay, the room size is not too small, the four of me (two adults and 2 children) are still comfortable. The location is also close to Bugis station and there are many places to eat. From the outside, it does not look like a hotel in general because the hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor. It is also close to the bus stop.

It is very inappropriate for the price of the room which is quite expensive considering the hotel facilities are not 3 stars as stated in the brochure, let alone a boutique hotel, far from the actual situation. In my opinion, it is a budget hotel, not starred, has no restaurant, no lobby, entering the hotel is very narrow, straight to the elevator. The room is not cleaned unless requested, never swept let alone mopped. I stayed for 4 nights, very uncomfortable. Too late, wanted to cancel already paid in full. Very not recommended, don't be fooled by the brochure. A hotel with that price is not worth it, pls reconsider to choose this hotel.

Not my typical room with the same rate I would've choose other hotel with better location and cleaner room. The ceiling and their bed looks dirty eventho the bathroom is clean. I even didn't sleep at this hotel and move to other hotel.

Spacious room for a family! The location is great, there are lots of restaurants and a minimarket nearby. Arab street is just a walking distance to shop and dine. The service was excellent! They provide bathroom amenities, iron, hairdryer, fridge, complete set for cups of tea & coffee, and even we can reheat our food in a microwave on the 2nd level. Definitely a 10 out of 10 stars hotel and experience. Will surely come back for my next visit to Singapore 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room was super small, when I came in it 's also cery dirty hair everywhere and there 's so many stains on the bedsheets. The customer service is actually responsive when I asked them to reclean. The next day I used the iron but it 's broken and got very hot and accidentally burned the bedsheets, my 100 sgd deposit is not back due to the broken iron (I already told them to take the deposit, but they need to change the iron, they're not responsive about the iron, so if you stay here be careful), the bedsheets also doesn't smell good it smells like mold and the room also very moldy, it wasn't a pleasant stay, but the place is actuallyvery near to the MRT station.

Staf hotel sangat ramah. Recomen yang mau nginap di sini. Dekat mrt dan bus station. Dekat merlion dan marina bay. Depan belakang samping jualan makanan. Hotel bersih cuma memang kamar bagian atas tidak di tutup. Menurut saya ini adalah 1 desain. Yang penting bisa tidur dengan nyaman. Bagi yang islam boleh tanya resepsionis makanan halal. Sebab yang banyak makanan orang chiness dan thailand. Mereka bisa bahasa melayu. Bahasa Indonesia. Jadi aman deh bagi yang tidak bisa bahasa inggris dan mandarin. Saya bakal tidur lagi di hotel calmo ini. Thank you calmo hotel.

Kamar gak sesuai seperti foto, pengap, gordyn mau ambruk gak bisa ditutup, sprei kasar dan bau, kamar mandi bau pesing. Plafon kamar rendah, sofa bed dan kasur utama keras, lingkungan berisik. Harga tidak sesuai dengan fasilitas, baru semlm langsung checkout.

When We stay here on Saturday, it was pleasant. The room is not that big as like other Singapore budget hotel. It's like an apartment studio. There's microwave and pantry on the 2nd floor. The location is quite strategic, lots of restaurant bars and shopping centre around the area. The hot water, wifi are good. I will give it 4 stars. Yet, when We come back to the hotel 4 days after that, the reception girl accused Us that we broke the toilet cups and We must pay for $20. Offcourse We don't want to pay as they have no prove that We broke it 4 days ago. We already put $100 deposit for each room, and when We check out 4 days before the reception said everything is good. This is the first time We had an experience like this. What happen if We didn't come back to that Hotel, how are you going to charge us? The reception said She called her boss, by the way she doesn't called in front of us. She then come back and said the boss will waive the broken cups and if it's happen again they will charge Us for $100. When we check out, the reception check our rooms and we offer to check it together, but she doesn't want as she said it was the procedure. Hey boss, if you read this you better learn about hotel management and customer satisfactions. If you argue to your customer, even though you win, yet you still lose the customer. For other customer that want to stay in this hotel, make sure you make a unboxing room video, as they might accuse you broke something and take advantages. Another tips, ask to get new linen and pillow case, as I'm sure they didn't change to a new one when the customer before you check out. We stay here 2 times and booked 3 rooms, and all the linen and pillow case stinks. Do you it's a coincident? We don't think so.

The hotel located in a very strategic location, only 5min walk to Bugis MRT. The room was okay, not too big but not too small either, just the lighting is a bit dark inside the room. Overall I had a pleasant stay. Ps: you'll need to prepare 100 SGD for room deposit upon check in, you can pay in cash or using card 🙂.
