It's a well deserved break for the long holiday, however we had to wait for the room for an hour or more after checking in because there's no room ready yet and so I requested for late check out but the counter staff told me that I'm not allow to because it's fully booked? Kind of disappointed. Complimentary drinks voucher was given but still I prefer to stay in the room longer LOL. Other than that, overall the stay was good.

All staff was very helpful, our room upgraded to first class suite room 3017 for free. The room was big and clean, there are coffee maker, hairdryer, and iron. City view also amazing from lv 30 and very instagramable. Close to Thai Embassy Bus Stop, Scott Rd Bus Stop and walk about 7 min to Orchad MRT station. I would like to say ‘super recommended’! Will stay here in the next trip! Thankyou YOTEL for our amazing experience!

The service was top notch! The employees there are just kind enough to give us late check out the next day because the check-in was delayed due to the previous full day booked hotel. Would love to come here and stay here again with my friends in the future!

It's cozy, Cozy meaning smaller than I expected but I like it, My partner and I were in love with the windows because we always love a good view but bed was slightly uncomfortable. We love the smart bed, we think it's interesting but the memory foam was too much for us. Reception was friendly, check-in & check-out was hassle-free. Room was clean and oh god, we love the shower and the bidet for the toilet was an up for me personally because some places don't have that. I personally would probably stay here again, because it's right in town, even though it's a staycation for me, I feel like a tourist.: D

In my experience, even if it rains heavily, we can return to the hotel/room without getting wet even without an umbrella, because the road to the hotel has a canopy/roof covering, if we have just walked around Orchard/ion.

The hotel is close to everywhere, both public transportation, buses and MRT. The room is clean, but the room is small. I didn't take breakfast so I don't know what the food is like. The service is standard. I recommend that Indonesians, especially those who want to go to Singapore, can stay at this Yotel-hotel.

the staff are friendly and quick to help us check in and can keep our suitcases when checking out.
the hotel is clean and the rooms are clean, just a bit small. then on the 10th floor the social place is also good the staff on the 10th floor are very friendly.. thanks for the staff who gave me iced water yesterday..

If you want to stay in a strategic location, can go back and forth to ion orchard or takshimaya and around yes this is the place! The hotel management is very kind, I arrived at 11 am and was able to check in even though the regulations only allow it at 3 am. The room is very clean and quite modern. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The facilities are very good, there is a hair dryer and iron and also an ironing board. The view is good. The food is good. I stayed here for 3 nights, on the 3rd day, the toilet water flash didn't flow. But the technician immediately came and fixed it after I called. The staff is good. The hotel is good. I want to stay here again.
