Hotel placed near to the city center, 5 minutes by walk. Rooms are clean, but no aircondition. Most of the staffmembers are kind. Breakfast is not so attractive, coffee is terrible, long queu in every morning, no enugh place for too many people. We did not have chance to have dinner in the hotel: no dinner on Sundays, on Monday there was a big group who booked the whole restaurant, on Tuesday we do not know what was happened, but there was not possibility to have dinner.... we got a 15% coupon to Marco Restaurant, where the staff was not kind, they didi not say hello, threw the menu to our table, they were smoking in the restaurant...we left the restaurant and looked for an other one in the city center.

This Hotel was really well situated near to the train station to access the Tatra mountains. The hotel needs a touch of renovation but was all very clean. I knocked a star because no air conditioning and so had to leave window open but then we got street noise out front, so not ideal when trying to sleep.

Excellent 3-star hotel, services nearing 4 stars.
The good:
- moderately priced
- central and surprisingly quiet location with no traffic around
- clean, refurbished rooms
- nice beds
- kind staff
- decent breakfast with day-to-day variations
- spacious, neat interior spaces
The less good:
- rooms can get stuffy during the day, but open windows at night help greatly
- the WiFi becomes unusable in the evening, otherwise it's near 20Mbps
- disco club housed within hotel building

Nice hotel. The rooms are a little old, and not the cleanest we’ve seen. But staff is amazing and helpful, and also the breakfast is rich and tasty. No air condition!!!

We had some slight issues but after a quick phone call with the owner everything was fixed.
Only downside is not having AC in the rooms but it's manageable in the local climate.
Overall friendly staff and nice interior.
