The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Due to this property’s location in Welgevonden Game Reserve, access is restricted for private vehicles. Guests must contact the property upon arrival at Vaalwater and then arrive at 1:30 PM at the west gate for transportation to the lodge. Vehicles will remain parked at a secure lot at the west gate. Arrivals outside of the designated time require an additional fee of ZAR 500.
