The hotel was beautiful! The decor and architecture was incredible. Staff was kind and attentive. Amenities were very nice. The only thing is that it was a bit far from public transportation.

Pros:
The hotel offers excellent proximity to the city center, making it highly convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional, and the lounge is outstanding. The fitness center is well-equipped with updated machines and is impeccably maintained.
Cons:
The loft-style structure of the rooms can be inconvenient at night when accessing the bathroom, and caution is required when using the stairs. The front desk staff are generally not very friendly. While the hotel provides a restaurant for breakfast, the quality and variety of the food are quite limited. The bathroom amenities provided by the hotel are all solid-type products, which can be inconvenient for individuals with long hair.
Overall Evaluation:
The hotel is clean and offers excellent accessibility to city but the staff are not particularly friendly. The loft-style layout can be uncomfortable, especially when using the bathroom at night.

The staff were unhelpful and rude, the hotel does not offer firm pillows - you are given 4 incredibly poor quality support pillows and there is no tv in the room so downtime will be very limited. The hotel is not close to a much accept if you are getting surgery done, then its down the road. The air condition also does not go below 24 degrees and the room runs hot. Overall not what I expected from a 4 star rating hotel.

So yes the rooms are unique, the pool beautiful but the property is on a boring artery. The interesting part of Gangnam is a 12 minute walk away.

Loved the property and location :) only thing was the room was very warm and even with the air on max it still couldn’t cool it down.
