Check in was super easy, room was great.

It's a clean conveniently located hotel, just a cross from lotte department store. Nice breakfast and beautiful Christmas decorations.

Excellent stay. Room was comfortable. Checkin was quick. English staff were available. I got the feeling this used to be a different chain that was purchased as the hotel logo stickers were on everything, likely covering up a former brand. However, this is not a 4* hotel. Even the sign at the door said differently. The ikea plastic dining chairs and table cheapened the room, however it was still clean and comfortable.

For a 4-star hotel I expected more. The building and lobby were nice enough, and the room was clean. But the room and amenities fell short. The bathroom was the worst part: the fixtures were loose and it was so dark by the mirror that I needed my phone flashlight to see well enough to shave. There was also a large crack down one wall that had been poorly sealed-over. The main room had plenty of space, but there were a few issues: - The room temp control panel was so bright I couldn't sleep on one side; after the first night I had to devise a way to cover it - The TV was not included. Each channel would stay on for only a few minutes before a pay screen would pop up. On the plus side: the breakfast (on the fifth floor) was excellent. And the room wi-fi worked well. The hotel location was also good, being close to numerous restaurants and coffee spots. But next time I am in the area, I think I will try something else.

Right price right location

room was not cleaned, and bed stuff like blanket was not changed, for a single night stay. Felt very uncomfortable and dirty in the room.

We chose the hotel due to a private advise. The hotel is clean, the rooms spacious. However, the employees mostly speak very little english. The roof top terrace that was supposed to offer a swimming pool was in complete disarray and the pool had no water. Instead the roof top was apparently in reconstruction, which was very disappointing.

No service at all, for 1 hour early checkin , they charged KRW 20,000 extra though their Room was ready and many Room was vacant.None can speak in English.Wifi network is very poor. I never stay here again.

Large room in good condition. Room serviced daily with new towels and bottled water.

Pros: Position of hotel was convenient for the convention we attended. Room was large with a view over the city. Air con was effective during the hottest Korean summer on record. Cons- weirdly there were no bedside lights or bedside light switches which we found irritating. There was, however, a corridor light which switched on automatically when you went to the loo at night to ensure that your partner also got woken up- however careful positioning of the bathroom door and sliding along the wall could overcome this issue. The corridors and lifts were only occasionally air conditioned.

They do not have a pool although it was listed in the information. The staff do not speak English so it took us several attempts before they would give us extra pillows (first time they just hang up the phone when we called and talked English). The walls are very thin and the wallpaper is falling off several places. By no means a four star hotel.
