룸컨디션도 매우 좋았고 프론트 직원분도 친절해요.
침대도 넓고 편했고 슈페리어룸에 65인치 티비가 있어 편하고 즐겁게 지내고 왔어요
조식도 생각보다 먹을게 있고 맛있었습니다

Excelente atención por parte de la recepción, siempre muy amables y todo muy limpio y ordenado, fácil acceso desde y hacia el aeropuerto. Definitivamente volvería q hospedarme en Lotte City Guro.

Kamar bagus dan bersih. Resepsionis jutek dan tidak membantu saat diminta tolong untuk memanggilkan taxi jumbo karena koper kami sangat banyak. Disarankan pihak resepsionis untuk memesan 3 taxi reguler. Akhirnya kami cari cara dan pesen taxi jumbo uber sendiri. Dihotel lain, pihak hotel bisa membantu kami untuk memesan taxi jumbo.
