While the room was compact, the stay was stress free, the staff was helpful, the room was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay

Room was ok. Was spacious enough for 2 people and 2 large suitcases. Location was convenient. There is no hotel parking but we used public transportation or taxi the whole time so that didn’t really matter to us. They cleaned the room every day and change out the towels but they do not change the bed sheets. We stayed a total of 10 days and we had the same blanket the whole 10 days. Overall it was ok for the price.

The hotel has an attached convenience store and cafe with good breakfast. But the hotel rooms use a key pad instead of a card key and I think they re use the passcodes because you have to give them the card back with info on it. Also the lock on the door is very flimsy. The interior of the room felt outdated but also tried hard to be modern. The shower is cool, but it soaks everything else in the bathroom. Would not stay again, but not terrible and not dirty.

Nice and clean. Kind of hard to find at times because Of all the winding roads. Staff is courteous and helpful. I love it.

a good spot if you plan on taking the metro or buses, a nice neighbourhood to explore by foot as well, cleanliness could be better

Close to everything

Good location, reachable by subway with a short connection from the airport railway. The hotel is right in the Insadong area with a lot of options for eating and shopping. The palaces are not that far along with the traditional villages. The facilities are ok, the room was done every night we stayed there and staff was friendly. My only issue was the bathroom … I understand that by law the hotel cannot provide any product without charging a fee, but if you can put a bottle of shampoo and conditioner, a hand soap could be there too! Also, some better slippers would be great. A good option overall if you want to stay in Insadong.

Great location, lots of things to go eat and shops

When I come back to Seoul I will be staying at this hotel again. I highly recommend Hotel N285. The staff welcomed us in every time we entered the building. Our room was modern and kept clean. The staff was trustworthy. My favorite part about Hotel N285 was the location. It was so convenient. We were located near many metro systems so it was easy to travel around Seoul. We were also located near very popular streets. There was even a 24 hour convenience store located right below us! Although it was an active street our room was quiet and we slept well! In my opinion 10/10!!

Really lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Only thing is we requested an extra pillow, and they didn’t have any… odd. Other than that LOVED IT

Every thing is good -location and space except the bathroom w/toilet area is too small that if you shower the water goes to the toilet area that’s make everything wet.
