In appearance, looks well maintained but my first room had bed smell from the bathroom and I changed to my second room. The second room had problems with TV and air conditioning was not working well.
When I asked to change the room at front desk after I sensed bad smell just after I opened the entrance door, the staff at front desk asked me whether I used bathroom. It is ridiculous and unacceptable question.

The room lacked AC. So it got a bit warm for my taste. The room was comfortable besides not being able to control the temp. You can open the window but did not help much.

This is our favorite Five Star hotel. The staff are very professional, assertive, spoke Korean and English. Our room was clean and excellent appearance. Morning buffet had many choices and tasted great. This hotel is safe and highly recommended.

I’m traveling now and I have stayed multiple hotels and resorts. This hotel was the worst in my life.
1. Soundproof: I had to bear sound by a couple all night long next door and I felt like I was with them.
2. Service: I was there in Korea for medical purpose and sometimes I didn’t want to be disrupted and have room cleaning later but it was hard to have after 3:30pm.
3. It says laundry is free but the dryer was not working well. It’s better charging and having a better dryer than not working free dryer.
4. Swimming pool: I chose the hotel for outdoor infinity swimming pool. It was not a swimming pool. It was just a water bath for toddlers. Hope they indicate it on its website and the other booking portals.
