The hotel is clean once, there is a shuttle to everland and bus / train station. came a very quiet and comfortable place. the introductory driver is friendly and nice

Property was beautiful but the staff were really cold and brushed us off :( I went there with my partner for our anniversary and we got the couples package. They didn’t tell us we can check out late, and they seemed like they were wanting us to leave them alone the entire time. It felt like i was bothering them :(

Hotel has a transport service for Everland, and as this was the reason we stayed here, that was perfect. There’s not much public transport close, and the streets are very hard to navigate with a large suitcase. Helpful and friendly staff.

The check in and evening team are especially wonderful, so welcoming especially for foreigners. Made us feel very welcome including showing us to our rooms. Shuttle service to/from Everland operated by the hotel is excellent in a modern Hyundai van. Breakfast buffet is a good fare, though not a lot of options in evening. Would definitely recommend for those travelling to Everland and surrounding area.

Pros: Clean, close to Everland, comfortable beds. Cons: For 16$ breakfast - very poor selection, nothing interesting around to see, not many parking spots. No drinking water in rooms.

Hotel rooms were nice and cozy, but the parking space is very limited. We did enjoy the nice clean rooms, easy access to the rooms via elevator. Microwave was located in the hallway, so we had to go outside the room to use it. Biggest issue was finding a parking spot. We've had 2 rooms reserved with one car, but still hard to find a parking spot.

Overall a nice property. Big rooms, great for large family and very close the Everland and Caribbean Bay. Staff are polite and very helpful. My only negative is the balcony. Super dirty, full of dead insects and spider webs.

Property is acceptable in terms of cleanliness and cost. However, if you don't have a car, it's difficult to get too and food options are limited especially breakfast. Customer service at checkin was also subpar. Agent was curt.

The front desk staff were exceptional. They called us when the room was ready. They went beyond to provide technical equipment for my personal request. Our only issue was the housekeeper was too inclined to provide us a frying pan for the room in order to cook. Overall, all other requests were accommodated on short notice.

The room was OKAY, the beds were really clean, our bathroom was clean, everything was clean, no bugs inside the room, no problems there, AC worked well, I check for bugs on the bed our beds seemed new and very clean. The only problems I would say is the massive amount of mosquitos just hanging outside the elevators, in the hallway, and around the hotel. Also, the eyesore of trash and unfinished buildings/homes? next door to the hotel. Other than that, the breakfast was hearty, plenty of fruits and hearty food, and the staff was friendly.
