The hotel was above average, clean and comfortable. The service for cleaning the room was fine except the first day they didn’t give us any hand towels and gave us new towels even though we left ours hung up to reuse. The shower was strong but the set up of the little glass did nothing to prevent water from getting everywhere on the floor. Personally I didn’t like the smell of the shampoo and soaps, but I can overlook that. We had a lot of issues with the AC. We would set the temperature but it would not get cooler despite the fan being on the highest setting. I wish they had given another suitcase holder because one of us had to leave our suitcase on the floor. Overall though, good hotel and in a good location too.

Great location with friendly staff and great facilities

The central Gangnam location is perfect for an extended stay in Seoul. Close to restaurants, shopping, clinics and subway. Breakfast buffet has wide variety of excellent choices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Enjoyed my stay at Voco. All the staff were helpful.

As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was amazed by the property conditions and amenities. You can tell that the staff really put a lot of attention and work to make the hotel presentable and clean. I was greeted with positive energy which made me even more excited for the stay. I had a poor experience with another property last year, but Voco really made my trip this year to Korea so enjoyable. Highly highly recommend due to staff, cleanliness, and the luxurious energy the property gives. Hyun Han and the rest of the stay during my stay were excellent.

4 star hotel, it is what it is. Bathroom wasn’t great though. No English on the electronic toilet and sink was super low

The room is very small we couldn’t even leave our suitcase open for a while because if one of us wants to use the bathroom we have to jump over the suitcase which we did a couple of times while I’m getting our clothes out. Another thing is the air conditioner. It’s centrally controlled so no matter what we do, low or high it just go back to its own temperature. So the room was too hot or sometimes too cold. We ask if we could change rooms, they said it’s all the same. The best feature of this hotel is the food including breakfast, lunch and dinner and the staff that works there.

Good location in terms of getting to and fro from the train station. Had no issues getting a taxi/uber as well since the hotel was on a main street where the taxis' congregate. Plenty of food choices just across the street from the hotel and not too far from the Coex Mall.

I have stayed in this hotel for the past 3 years when I visit Seoul. I like the location of the hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and kept well.

Very modern, nice and clean. Great breakfast with omelette station. Mini bar items are free including beer and small can of coke. Great AC 24/7. I stayed here with my girlfriend but I plan to stay again with my wife. The location is very nice close many nice restaurants of almost every type of food you can think of. Nice crowd watching potential if you are into that. Service in the hotel was great even by Korean standards. If you plan to bike the Han River trail, it is very easy and fast to get to by bike. (Plot twist: My girlfriend is my bike.)

Great hotel - the staff, facilities, level of cleanliness, accommodation, room condition - everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and I recommend the hotel. Would gladly stay again when visiting Seoul!

I stayed near sinsa station very closer hospital and restaurant and shopping clothes store. I book many dates for room and They are give me one day’s upgrade room. I was comfortable to stayed my trip.
