Honestly, the location is great and perfect for a skiing holiday. Although, the rooms are small and old. The food made my stomach hurt as the breakfast was nefarious and the lunch and dinner the same as the day before.The staff were a little bossy and slow when you needed something. The toilets were super loud, so we woke up most of the floor when flushing. And the WiFi was especially bad. Most of the time, it didn't connect, and even if it did, it took forever!

This Hotel locates in a prime location, walking distance to the Ski, There is a big language barrier if you only speak English. Try learn basic spanish to say Thank you and please then you will understand staff are not rude, they dont understand you.
Cleanliness : it could be better, after all its a little old hotel. Overall i will say if you coming for a couple of days this hotel is absolutely fine
Wifi : very low but you do get network.
Food : Lunch and Dinner buffet is brilliant good variety of main meals.
Overall i enjoyed staying here for a week.

Great for learning to ski. The instructors are very helpful and make sure everyone has the necessary information to improve. They also aren't too restrictive and will let you ski to your full ability. The food is much better than I expected and there is something for everyone. I hear the vegetarian options are a little boring however this does not affect me. I highly recommend this resort.

Terrible experience for an entire weekend. Should be a 2 (even 1) star hotel, never a 3 star hotel as labelled.
Very bad bedrooms, poor hygiene and cleanness, old floor carpet with stains, old broken bathroom, very noise piping and nonexisting wall sound insolation between bedrooms. The restaurant food quality is just eatable (not at 3* hotel level), but the worst is the incredibly rude unfriendly lead staff in the restaurant. On the second dinner several people got food poisoned and diarrhea.
WiFi is super slow, had to use my own data.
Old elevators that do not work properly.
The list goes on.
The only good experience was with the hotel reception team which was friendly and accessible.

I live this hotel. The location, the peopke that work there are so nice. Even though winter is the season ppl normally stay here, I really recommend you to spend some summer nights in Masella. The nature, the vibe is unique.
