This is a beautiful hotel.
Location is good, we could walk to the city centre. Although not a short walk it provides an opportunity to explore.
Rooms were immaculately clean.
The staff were truly amazing.
Javier greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to us. He even got out a map marked areas of interest out for us in relation to the location of the hotel.
Every time we passed through reception he greeted us and if not attending to another customer he chatted and asked how the day was going. We are very grateful to him for being so helpful and friendly. It really makes a difference.
Also, Núria was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. She gave us directions and advice a couple of times also.
Your staff are amazing and a credit to your hotel. We cannot thank them enough for all of their help. We travel fairly regularly and the staff here have stood out.

Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Pet friendly. They have two bowls for your dog prepared in your room and a bed. Really find it nice and cute. They have a very nice pool over at the top.

Worst option to sleep. Room 1007 has a view of the door and no fresh air. Over 100€ and then something like that:/ We only heard toilet water sounds from the walls all the time last night.

Small but good hotel. Bit far out but if you can navigate the underground its easy to get around. The underground station and main train station is really close. The pool on the roof is small but fine. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms, the breakfast is delicious and diverse, clean swiming pool, very friendly and helpfull staff. One of the best experiences in a while.
