The junior suite was amazing, bigger than most holiday flats!! Food ok, but disappointing desserts buffet, they were not refilling fruit quick enough. Only few minutes easy walk to beach and pool area lovely except pool bar/cafe not open, presume too early in season.

Staying 2 nights here with my husband, nice area, lovely beach and seafront, great value hotel, very clean and nicely decorated throughout, rooms are huge, so is bathroom, massive beds, lots of storage space and still plenty of room to move around, small but adequate balcony with table and chairs. Reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Marga and Azacena. They booked us into a fabulous paella restaurant nearby, pre ordered our paella for us and informed the restaurant of my food intolerances (gluten, egg, soya, milk) liaising with us several times regarding our choices. Plenty of on-site parking (although it isn’t high season yet) and not too expensive at 12£ per night which is comparatively cheap. We were also able to reserve parking in advance via email through the booking platform we used and the hotel replied immediately to confirm. All in all a great stay, highly recommend. Downside was the restaurant is buffet only, hardly any gluten free options and I only had the choice of paying full price for the buffet but only be able to eat about 2 items on it so we had to find somewhere else to eat that night and due to late arrival most restaurants were closed. We had a long walk to find somewhere on top of being very tired and nearly ended up going to bed very hungry but finally found somewhere although was very late by this time and had a long walk back to hotel

It's definitely not a 4-star hotel. Hot breakfast was cold bread was stale , room needs some renewal of furniture. Toilet flush needs attention. View of lateral sea was nice and size of room was good.

Convenient hotel, in a good location with lots of choices for the guests. They have a pool, great breakfast, good customer service and the rooms are spacious, clean, and worth every penny. Definitely recommend for families, couples and general traveling.

Very disappointed! Staff at the reception didn’t know what he was doing and didn’t want to accept credit card payment as the machine was showing in GBP and not EUR, despite of me telling him that he could have changed the currency on the machine. After 20min arguing with him I was told to get my stuff and look another hotel - WHAT? It was after midday. Next day the towels were not replaced and even the dirty ones were taken. Swimming pool bar didn’t open on busy Sunday and we have to go back to England which was the nearest place to order a drink. At the bar inside the hotel you have to ring a bell to be served and if you are look they turn up in 5-10minutes. Never going to use again.
