We came to stay at this hotel after a terrible experience at another 4* hotel in town and it was night and day in terms of customer service, room and amenities age. It’s right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants in town.
We enjoyed the kids club play room as well, the rooftop pool with great views, the on site restaurant for lunch and daily breakfast.
WiFi was good throughout and it also had parking available. Overall great value as well with the family suite as well.

I have been experiencing terrible pain in my back and knees. I was treated to a massage with Rosa. This experience was far and above what I expected. Rosa is a true professional. I came out feeling as if I was walking on air, amazing massage and hot stones, it can only be described as magical. I will tell all my local friends .

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hotel Spa Elke this April. First of all I would like to highlight the personal of the hotel, always welcoming, happy to help and providing a great service. The hotel is located close to the beach like 200m away, in the city centre. The room was clean and everything was just perfect. What I liked about the hotel that there is a spa located on the rooftop with a pool on the terrace. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is great as well. Everything was always delicious and fresh, the food was served very fast.

The breakfast was really good with a lot of fresh fruits and vegi options. The rooms were clean and the bathroom had everything you need! The soap and shampoo smelled awesome.
Unfortunately the spa was a bit disappointing. The showers did not work and the sauna was a little bit cold.
The rooftop-pool was amazing!

We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. The rooms were so clean and spacious. The beds was super comfortable. Supper was exquisite so was the buffet breakfast. The service was so amazing the staff was friendly and helpful. They were readily available. I highly recommend.
