We had an amazing two-night stay at Hacienda Zorita with family, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The well-organized program included grape picking, a delicious lunch, and a fun evening party — all set in a stunning and beautifully maintained venue. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were friendly, and the whole experience felt special. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway!

Was about to book here so we want to have lunch first. The reception staff was really unfriendly and looked at us if we were strangers of lost somewhere. We ended up only having lunch because of that. Food is amazing and the restaurant staff are saving the place. We ended up buying a few wines but yet again we had to ask if somebody could at least help us after staring around for 10 minutes. Won’t come back because of this.

This is a beautiful estate - probably better without small children but gorgeous nonetheless. Picturesque for a wedding. We were unable to take advantage of the spa services but our room was lovely and big and definitely supported us, as a family of 4. There are no pools persay but more plunge pools to cool down but not to swim around in. The food is good but not great. The wine tasting was excellent. It was a nice stay for a short 2 nights and a close drive to the lovely Salamanca.

Hacienda Zorita is a shadow of a beautiful hotel which it was, now it needs a renovation ASAP. Overall the service, the food quality and the location are outstanding, I would like to remark the food quality, they have organic vegetables, top quality charcuteries, their own wine which really you must try, on this note don’t loose the opportunity to do the wine tasting, the sommelier is really good at his job. The down side of this hotel is that it is poorly maintained and worst cleaning. The beds are old and uncomfortable, the bathroom only small shower for us 3 was old and but so easy to use due to its age, the outdoor furniture of our villa were incredibly dirty and concerning old to be used. Also, we were 2 plus a baby and they give us probably the smallest villa they had, the bathroom was too small for 3 to the point to be uncomfortable, we only were served with 2 shower towels instead of 3 and the same happened with pool towels. To resume: the hotel needs more attention to the details by its stuff, immediate renovation and deep cleaning.

Experienced high-end traveler here. Overall, a nice hotel but not quite operating at the 5 star level. Very mixed experience: not the worst, but definitely not 5 star. In fact, I've stayed at 4 star hotels where the overall level was better than Zorita. The hotel is 20 mins drive from Salamanca city center and the dinner at the hotel restaurant is very average (risotto was overcooked, steak was not seasoned or cooked properly, etc.). If you don't buy the overpriced wine at the start, the maitre d' is rude and insulting. Breakfast, however, is good. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are nice, but there were issues as well: wifi signal was terrible to the point of not working at all (had to make use of phone hotspot for any internet at all), the buttons on the room phone didn't work (so had to go upstairs to call for room service), housekeeping is not very good, details that show the level of consistency you expect from. The front desk people were very nice and welcoming. Recommend you check other high-end hotel options in the area. This is really not a 5 star hotel and I'm sorry to say that because it could be so much more than it currently is, with the right management.
