It was my first time in Andorra in January of this year and I liked that my friends chose for us to stay there, it is close to the ski resort, everything was wonderful, comfortable, basic, clean room.

Best located hotel in the resort. Just 50m walk across a car park from the ski room to the lift or bottom of the slope. Ski rental available in multiple places immediately beside hotel, ski schools all around too. Duplex apartment big, clean and had shutters to ensure kids could get a good night sleep. Beds excellent size and very comfortable. Nice seats in lobby / Bar area. Breakfast fine, though I never expect much from a breakfast on the Continent. Dinner poor enough but there is an excellent rustic restaurant a few minutes walk down the road (El Bodegon) and also an Italian. Didn't bother with the Spa due to reviews. Not sure I understand many of the negative reviews re this hotel. You don't have to get married here. Its a ski in hotel with great rooms in a budget ski resort. That's what it is.

We (3 people) came here to use the spa. It was expensive at 30 euros each and 6 extra to rent flip flops and a ‘hat’ which they said was compulsory. They didn’t tell us until we had already paid - the sauna was broken, only one shower working in the spa, the steam room was cold and there were tiles falling off all over the place. When I mentioned these things to the receptionist they dismissed it because we had used the facilities. Not good facilities for the cost

Very poor customer service, especially a lady called Silvia at the reception. We are traveling with 3 small kids and needed a modification to our booking because of thunderstorms, we were unable to reach the hotel. However the hotel refused to change our booking and insisted we either travel with the small kids in the middle thunderstorm or miss the booking completely. Hospitality at its best. We are NEVER booking again. Hope you enjoy our money.

I had a great experience at HG Hotel. I came solo to ski while working remotely. The HG Hotel team made sure I feel comfortable and pampered. The place is facing the slopes, the views are spectacular, and rooms comfy. I recommend staying here.
