I loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again in the future. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door. Everything was very clean and modern and the location is amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, beautifully preserved, yet with modern comforts. The staff are incredibly helpful and the price is fair in relation to what you receive. Special kudos to the front of house staff, who answered all of our questions, and persevered with my broken Spanish. The location is also amazing, literally 15 seconds off the main square. We will definitely return. The room is beautiful, high ceilings, modern bathroom, with perfect styling. Amazing.

Great location, the stuff are very friendly. but there is no air-conditioning and this is not convenient for 4 stars hotel, and it is impossible to stay with Toledo's weather in summer. Moreover, the room is too small and its lack of room facilities such as hot water kettle and snacks.
