Hello. I want to share my impression of the hotel... My vacation was ruined!! This is a terrible hotel. There was water on the floor in the corridors, it is not safe for guests!!! The hotel is in a disgusting state, half of the rooms are not working and broken. The air conditioner makes unpleasant noises, the cleaning of the rooms was terrible. Nobody responded to my wishes. The only plus was the hotel team. Do you mean this is a 4 star hotel?

Be aware! Not even close to a 4 star hotel. No Wifi, we were 4 people and only 2 towels, no soap. Close to beach was the only good thing!
The hotel needs a lot of remodeling, outside roofs falling apart, cracks on the main bulding, broken pipes with water leaks on the floors, broken fountain, etc.
Food must be improved.
Breakfast coffee is the worst ever.... Don't even try it.
Extra bed in room it is really uncomfortable.
Animation should be improved and it is non existent after 20PM, besides a infant movie.
In a few words, if you can choose, try to choose another chain that will really value as a customer!

Giving a one star as I cannot do none. Horrible, please do not go for your mental health, it's not a place you want to spend a relaxing restful vacation at! The staff is very immature, unexperienced and unprofessional, they almost charged us twice for our stay there. On top of it they talked back to us, zero client oriented mentality. Service was understaffed. Hygiene missing in action, we had to ask them to clean again our rooms due to lack of emptying garbage and there was dog poop in the garden. Will never return, that is sure!

Stayed here in November for the MotoGP in Cheste, Valencia
End of season & minimal staff and opening of facilities - pool closed
Buffet food was standard and nothing exciting as with breakfast
Some staff really helpful, some very average and à couple positively disinterested
Hotel was clean and rooms/beds were clean & comfortable but a little dated as were bathrooms
Close to the seafront & beaches for Nice walks but generally all local facilities closed down end of season
Marina restaurant La Perla was open ànd offered nice dishes & drinks , Limited opening.
Overall, it suited us to facilitate the MOTOGP 5Night stay but with chill time near the coast 😎
