The hotel is very dated, bed linen and rooms are clean, but very basic with concrete ceilings. Our room had stains down the wall by the bed.
No towels in room, shower goes scalding hot with no warning, room smells of wee, the vent from the kitchen must have been by are room as the smell of fried food came in the room very late into the night.
I would not recommend this hotel, £130 to use the pool for guests, only for for 90 min, even though no one else was using it.
Another £100 to use the indoor pool, and steam room.
A 4* hotel costing around £450 a night should feel luxurious.

Nice experience doing the 80 minute circuit of the balneario. Massage pools, wet and dry suena, cold plunge pools and the main pool extends to outdoors where you are next to rocks and a small waterfall.
The inside of the balneario is a bit tatty and dated in places but probably hard to keep in good condition given the permanently damp atmosphere.

The hotel is located in a steep gorge behind a quick flowing river. If dramatic scenery is your thing it's an incredible spot. The hotel is, however, a little tired and in need of some renovation and the staff take a few days to 'warm' to you.
The only road that accesses the hotel is currently undergoing major road works so expect delays for 12 months or so from the time of writing. That said, it shouldn't put you off because traffic is light and managed efficiently.

Location is perfect, so beautiful nature around, good service, some things in the hotel can reform and update of course ( for ex. remove some smell of old pipes in the bathrooms).

We didn't stay here. We only went for the swimming pools.
Evrythig correct. Price a bit too high, I'd say.
My only problem with this place is as usual, the rules do not apply to all. We didn't have swimming caps and we had to buy them there (>3€). And the you get to the top swimming pool and you have 3 guys bathing with their baseball caps. I felt dumb for having spent money In something people were not using. Also one of the guys had his underwear showing under his swimming trunks. It was a hot day (36°C),so his genitals were probably as sweaty as mine. And apparently he's allowed to wear his obviously dirty underwear in the swimming pool. But, still, I have to pay 3€ for my swimming cap. Ok.
