The staff was very kind and helpful, but I cannot say the same about the housekeeping staff. While the room had a safe, it didn’t feel secure, and unfortunately, we experienced a loss of money. I would advise future guests to double-check the safety of their belongings and perhaps keep valuables with them.

Pretty good location, but somehow I ended up in a rather expensive suite where the shower water even at night wouldn't really get up to an acceptable temperature, sometimes after ~15 minutes it'd slowely get warmer.
During one of the days there were suddenly renovations with quite a bit of drilling in the room next door making it impossible to rest or even stay in the room -some notice upfront about this would've been appreciated.

Very comfortable rooms, everything you might need is provided. Bed is large and comfortable, everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to select from. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no issue with leaving luggage with them both before and after check-in. The location is great, very close to Montjuic and Gothic Barcelona. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around. I had a great stay there.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Metro station is just across the street. Many good cafes and restaurants are nearby.
The room itself is okay, big with AC and the possibility of making a cup of tee or coffee.
However, the walls are thin, so you can hear everything at night. There was also mould in the shower. The swimming pool is quite small only 1 meter deep and bar wasn't even open. Overall, I think it's too pricey. You can find better places for this price in Barcelona.
