Hotel Elba Madrid Alcalá

El hotel necesita un upgrade Las alfombras en pasillos están viejas y sucias Deben mantener limpias las salidas y e tractores de aire acondicionado .Se veían llenos de suciedad . El colchón se notaba desgastado Solo ponen 2 almohadas

The hotel was great as we wanted to be away from the center of the city. The prilice fir 3 was reasonable. The room was clean, large bathroom, small refrigerator, good breakfast options, and close to Metro station. I highly recommend this hotel unless you want close to the city center. 20min Uber drive.

A fantastic hotel, with great location… 5 min to metro. Breakfast was excellent. Problem with A/C as wasn’t getting cooler. Mentioned to reception and upgraded to another room. Fantastic internet speed. Many shops cafes , small shopping centre nearby. 25 min by metro to Gran Via.. equivalent to our Leicester Square. Then majority of main tourist locations nearby. All the staff are fantastic , helpful and courteous. Just brilliant

Solid 4. Don't give it a 5 because the best is two rolling beds put together and a bit uncomfortable.

This was overall a good experience. The location is very convenient and accessible, and the staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel itself is clean and nice, the rooms are spacious and have all your usual amenities. There is a parking garage available with discounted rate for hotel costumers. My one complaint is that noise insulation or soundproofing in the rooms, at least the one I was in, is not there. I could hear normal conversations through the walls, tv, etc very clearly and loudly. This was ok during normal hours, but my neighbors were up and dynamic from 1:00 am to 3:30 am, which kept me up as well. Although, I did not call the hotel reception, I do believe that if I had they would have helped with the situation, based on how helpful they were at other times.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Elba. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and allowed us to leave our bags while we went to explore the city of Madrid. The location was perfect. Close enough to the metro to get in and out of the centre easily. Although we did not eat close to the hotel we noticed that there were many places to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and I would feel confident in referring a friend to stay here. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Close to the airport and decent size room.

Honestly I would love to give this hotel 4 stars, the location was great for me, the room was nice, everything was clean, the big problem is that despite it being April my room was 27 degrees even with the window open and the hotel refused to turn the air conditioning on. Slept miserably every night. I’ll find somewhere else for my next stay in Madrid.

Staff were fantastic, rooms clean, AC was not great and beds were a little uncomfortable. In a great location
