A beautiful hotel. Very nice rooms. And in the restaurant they cook very tasty

Highly recommended in all aspects. The food is very good, the rooms are super clean, the sleeping is spectacular and the service is phenomenal. The girl at the reception was super charming.

The restaurant is a hidden gem in this region. The locals know very well the value it has and come from other towns to go to this restaurant. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Spectacular service. I didn't stay at the hotel.

What a disaster! This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel, and it will certainly be the last. We usually pass through this area several times a year and we discovered this hotel that, at the time, we loved. I say “we loved it” because they are clearly getting tired of doing things right. On this occasion, they have not paid us the slightest attention. No matter how many times we called on the phone, no one answered us. My husband made the reservation through Booking, and they blamed him for it, as if it were a problem that he didn't do it directly with them. Furthermore, they don't have keys at the hotel and, instead of clearly informing you how to access, they send you a message on the phone full of spelling mistakes and you make do with it as best you can. It's not that we expect special treatment, but this is no way to treat customers, especially in a hotel that boasts 4 stars. If they don't like their work, that is not the problem of those of us who pay for a service that should be of quality.

Very dissatisfied. This weekend we stayed at this hotel, to which we had notified if we could enter our rooms early and the response was affirmative, but our surprise upon arrival was that it had a cost of €10 per room and that they had not informed us. In addition to blaming us that we had booked the room through another website and not through the hotel and that they charged them a commission, as if we as clients were to blame. I think the treatment has been terrible and at least if you charge for a service the person should be informed in advance. And check out after 12:00 has a cost of €25
