The location was amazing, specially if you wish to walk a lot around the surrounding area of your hotel!! The staff was friendly and helpful, they even got my friend a champagne for her birthday. The rooms were also very good, however the showers were not the best: the shower screen is a glass pane that only extends to half of the bathtub, which wouldn’t be that big of a problem if it wasn’t for the shower head that takes a life of its own when moved ever so slightly, thus you end up with a wet bathroom floor!!

I recently stayed at Hotel Jazz in Barcelona and had a great experience overall. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore major attractions, restaurants, and shops. Having Plaça de Catalunya and the metro just a short walk away was a huge plus.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff. The bed was comfortable, and the modern design added to the overall pleasant stay. The bathroom was very clean, which is something I always appreciate in a hotel.
A couple of minor downsides, there was some noise from the metro running underneath, though it wasn’t too disruptive. Also, the pool bar was closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing.
Despite these small issues, Hotel Jazz is a fantastic choice if you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a prime location. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Jazz in Barcelona and had a generally positive experience.
The rooms were impeccably clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the rooms to a high standard. Additionally, the hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Barcelona. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
However, there were a few downsides. One issue was that the beds were quite hard, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another problem was the noise from the metro running underneath the hotel. Unfortunately, the first-floor bar was not open during my stay.
Overall, Hotel Jazz is a great choice for its cleanliness and prime location.

We booked the family deluxe room & was more than satisfied with it. Location & service were the best. We will definitely return! Love the cleanliness as well.
You can hear the trains due to it being under the hotel but it’s expected being central. Didn’t bother us.

Great location. Found it difficult without assistance to find the parking.
It's well located in the city center, and all amenities are just within your reach. The breakfast buffet was great with hot and cold selection , and the rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean... Also enjoyed the rooftop.
