we did not use any hotel services or stay here** spa review only** the hotel reception and staff were very friendly on arrival & directed us to the spa. Spa reception again very friendly & helpful as this was our first visit so we needed some guidance on what was expected of us. Swim hats & flip flops is essential, however you can rent lockers, towels & robes. Swim goggles are optional but I highly recommend them as the salt content is so high we were constantly wiping out faces. We booked a massage & use of the spa (kabuki experience highly recommended) The ladies that did our massage were absolutely amazing and yes we did fall asleep. The room was very tranquil with soft music playing all you would expect from a massage room, spa itself was an experience like no other very calm, quiet & relaxing facilities included fresh water shower, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, ice room, within the salt pool itself there are several bubble jets & 2 waterfall style showers. Tip; there's little push buttons on the sides of the pool to get the jets going took us a while to figure that out. Highly recommend.

Not the easiest to get to but then you come to pamper yourself with all the wonderful amenities of this Talasoterapia. Rivals the dead sea in buoyancy. The indoor pool features lots of jets along with a hot tub, sauna, steam room and ice room for a chill finale. The prices are great and you can walk 10 minutes to do your own mud bath, tho the spa also offers this for a great price.

All staff is nice, professional and happy to help. Room was clean and quiet. Facilities were as expected. There is room to improve, but considering ratio of price vs quality, I would give 5*.

Self-catering accommodation very spacious with balcony. On-site restaurants caters for hotel more than self-catering catering apartments. Staff were not very accommodating if you wasn't staying in the hotel side. Staff were friendly at the reception.

Worst hotel in the world!!! Ever since checking in keys won't work. It's a freaking joke. Can't recommend to anyone who wants to stay relaxed
