Staff are friendly & supportive. The hotel is very clean, the only thing they can do is put a large TV in rooms specially if it's a double room. Thank you to all the staff for providing a fantastic services better than other hotels that's why we came again

A very clean and tidy hotel with good breakfast, comfortable beds and great service. Not in town but in easy reach by local bus routes. Would stay again.

Extremely disappointed with my experience from check-in at this hotel. Despite booking a queen bed, we were given two single beds instead. When we requested a room change, we were informed that all the bookings were already full. We reached out to our travel agency, and they confirmed that the mistake was on the hotel's end. They had clearly specified a queen bed for us, but the hotel failed to uphold their commitment. To make matters worse, the condition of the room was appalling. The bathroom was in a terrible state, and to our surprise, there was no toothbrush provided. We approached the receptionist, as there was a note in the bathroom stating that the reception would be happy to accommodate such requests. However, we were told that they don't provide toothbrushes in this hotel. Additionally, the paper towels were provided in such a small pack that it was truly disgraceful for a supposedly 4-star establishment. I don't even want to begin describing the state of the room itself. Considering the exorbitant room rates and the hotel's self-proclaimed 4-star status, I would strongly advise against staying here. This overall experience was highly unsatisfactory, stay at your own risk.

I've stayed at this hotel for one night. I've booked a single room with a full sized bed. The pillows were hard and shaped like a brick, which drastically reduced the sleep quality. In the room there was also a small bridge with two small bottles of water as courtesy drinks. The room had its own private bathroom, with soap, paper, towels and shower gel ready. The shower area doesn't have a door, so you have to pay attention not to spill water on the floor. I liked the bar/restaurant area they have downstairs. They serve breakfast in a buffet style, which I had to pay apart, but the food was of good quality and I did really enjoy it. The coffee from the machines is not very good at all, so if you like yo have a good strong espresso in the morning, you have to bring your own. The staff people were professional and friendly. The location is somewhat far away from the center, and the surroundings don't look very appealing.
