We went as a family of 4, with our 5 year old and also 10 month old baby. It was great fun for all of us. The hotel was nice, clean, well located but I have a very personal thank you that I d like to give and that goes to the restaurant’s chef. I was so tired of running around the park looking for something that the baby could eat. It was such a hot day and many of the places that I had gone to in the park had nothing, not even a yogurt. I went back to the hotel and asked the staff of the restaurant if they made any kind of soup and they were not sure, they had to check with the chef. And then out he comes as if he could read right through me with an unexpected kindness and understanding. And he says: don’t you worry. For how long will you be staying here? I will prepare a soup with meat for him today and one with fish tomorrow and tell me where you are seated, I will personally take it over to you… ⭐️just like that. That simple kindness that stays with you forever and that you never forget. To the chef of 2024 summer, thank you once more ❤️

Fantastic hotel! We stayed on the bottom floor with a door out to the pool. The room was large with a huge bed. The fold out bed for the child was also an excellent size. Great shower and all the facilities in the room. It would have been something to make coffee in the room. Really good blackout blinds and aircon meant a good night sleep. All the staff in the hotel were lovely and helpful. The food serving staff went above and beyond to help us. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of different fresh foods. Spoiled for choice. We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainers at the hotel made it personal and fun for the adults and kids! Obviously the location is perfect with direct access to the parks. We will definitely be doing it again!

Had a wonderful stay here! We had a few issues with our first room, but the staff quickly upgraded us to an amazing room, which we truly appreciated. The reception service was outstanding. The location is literally one minute from the park—so convenient, especially with little kids.

1.I couldn’t sleep for a night changing 2 rooms because the AC issues on both!! The reception doesn’t trust me when i told him that both rooms AC didn’t work and i’m feeling so hot, and when i tell him send someone to check and validate whatever I’m mentioning he just says “we don’t have available maintenance team to validate but i’m sure your AC is working well”
2.I requested water from the reception, they just tell you go the vending machine and buy your water!!!
3.you cannot order food to the hotel location because the driver is not allowed to enter and reach the hotel
Bad experience in the hotel, bad attitude from the staff.
Now I’m writing this feedback in the 3rd room and yeah , AC is ok here!

I was there in November. Rooms were really cold. And you can smell the moist from the pools.
Otherwise it was clean and rooms are huge.
