Friendly hotel with good facilities. A bit noisy due to doors slamming and furniture scraping on the floor etc late into the night. Poor WiFi in the rooms. Good, quiet air conditioning.

We only stayed here one night, but enjoyed it. Great location across from the beach and pier. Free parking close by, by the port. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We upgraded to an ocean view room, which was perfect. Very affordable rates. If every in Gandia, would stay here again.

I booked a sea view room specifically.
But nobody informed me that the room had been given to someone else, it would be ok only with honesty , as a result I changed accommodation, the reviews said is amazing but it is not, only apparently, you will have a special treatment with Spanish nationality. I stay in a room only one night, impossible open the window for the bad sigarette smell, noisy, and uncomfortable bed!

The lady on reception was lovely, informative and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The room was small but adequate for our needs and very clean. The view was beautiful. The young man in the bar was efficient and very friendly. We will definitely return here.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was perfect for our stay. The staff in reception were always friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. We were able to leave our cases in a room until the evening after we had checked out in the morning, and could still use the outside showers and toilet facilities. I cannot fault this hotel during out stay
