Arrived at the hotel 45 min ago an the expeirince I'm having so far is a complete mess. It's the second time I'm here, was here 5/6 years ago and I don't Rembert it being like that. First problem started when I tried to book the spa, when we arrived we ask for it at the reception but the lady said we just need to Dial 500 on the phone in our room to talk directly to the spa. When we arrived at the room we found out that our phone is not working, so I called the reception from my personal phone and they told that there is nothing they can do, I need to physically go there and talk with her college there... Despite this being just garbage service I decided to go (it's a 5 min walk, one way) and when I talked to the lady she just kept frowning when I told here that we have a 3 year old kid with us. I told here the little one was sleeping but she had zero flexibility for us, she only gave us 2 options, or go right now or tomorrow morning as 10.30, check out is 12.00... We agreed to it and she gave us the bathrobes (there's non in our room) but with a warning! She said "if you let the cleaning lady take them I cannot give others tomorrow"... Seriously? After all this I decided to go to the bar to have something to eat, a sandwich or so, just to find out that there's nothing. I've asked the staff who was working there and he just said "We have nothing to eat but if you want up on the street is a Burger King"... Really? This was all in 45 minutes... We 20 more hours to go... Pray for us!

It should be rated as a 1 star hotel. Rooms need updating, shower was the worse one ever, you can hear any little noise from the hallway, ac wasn't working. Came down for breakfast or look like a tornado had gone thru the dining room, trays were pick over, old deli meat, tables were dirty. Don't waste your money

Well, the family room is very spacious and clean, it has a nice spa with indoor swimming pool, convenient on rainy days, but that's as far as good things go. The hotel not only is starting to look old, but it sounds and smells too! Sound proofing is unknown here...It is not all that close to Santiago as advertised, the staff willing to please, but cannot make up for the poor quality of breakfast. Interestingly, on a windy day, the false roof of the bathroom almost came off when we had the window open. 😕

Pros: 1. One of the cheapest hotels in the area that admitted pets. 2. Trying to think of a second one. Cons: 1. Receptionist was pretty rude, attending people that arrived after me. 2. This hotel is more like 4 FALLING stars rather than 4 stars. 3. A/C was very loud and they did not bother to paint the wall where they made the hole for the heat exhaust. 4. The breakfast included was one of the poorest I've ever seen, not one vegetable in the middle of the summer. 5. Cleaning staff was loud on the hallways, when moving trolleys around.

Good for the price I paid, but far from a really good hotel. Spa is OK with some different treatments. Breakfast has a lot of things but almost everything with bad quality, didn't like it at all. Rooms are big but too much noisy. The hotel construction is old and that will reflect in some things. To go from the room to spa you will have to cross all the hotel. Rooms are huge. I could give a 4 star considering the price I paid, but if it was more expensive I would recommend
