Very convenient hotel in the city of Madrid near La Latina. It is a 3 stars hotel so it is not fancy but it has all the confort you need. The service is fabulous and friendly and the hotel offer a cafeteria/ restaurant in the mornings. The only suggestion we have is to fix the poor wifi connection.

We stayed for four nights. We had a room with a private bathroom. It was a good price for the space and duration of our stay. The hotel is situated in a very dynamic neighborhood, the palace and plaza mayor and many other famous sightseeing spots are walking distance. It has a bus stop and a supermarket right around the corner. The receptionist and the cleaning staff were always very friendly to us. The only negative aspect would be the very rude lady at the breakfast area. She refused to talk to us in English and kept talking Spanish with us even though we didn't understand a word. She asked for our room number and then proceeded to look at a list before signaling us that something isn't possible...she pointed at the menu and left. So did we. And never did we ever step foot in that part of the hotel again, as we didn't like how she treated us. Except for this and the sometimes noisy neighbors in the hotel room the hotel was very clean well organized and not complicated at all. It was a very pleasant experience as all the other staff members were fluent in English. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Great location but it feels like a hostel. The rooms and bathrooms are not very nice and it does not feel very clean. It is definitely overpriced for the rooms/amenities you get. I would stay somewhere else next time but it was fine for a night.

The hotel is on a great location. The staff was kind. But it was quite expensive for the small and outdated rooms. Also is the airco only avalible in the summer. And the rain shower is so low, that an adult would not be able to use it. So the hotel is oke, but too expensive for what you get.

A friend and I were down on our luck and were practically trapped outside when we found HRC Hotel. José Carlos at the front desk was very compassionate and helped my friend and I by providing us with one of the best rooms in the hotel for a phenomenal price. The room was clean, cozy, and had a large balcony attached from which you could look down at the city. The location of the hotel was also wonderful; there are many monuments, parks, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. We were highly satisfied and hope to return!
