The hotel loses multiple stars for the air conditioning being switched off on a particular date no matter how hot it is outside. In October with temperatures at 24 outside the rooms are extremely unpleasant at night. Fans were supplied but they are extremely noisy and only move the hot air around. Last year it was still intolerable in November and I thought the hotel might have taken this on board after I cancelled my stay and went next door at my own expense to Holiday Inn (who do keep the aircon on). Again this year I have left early to seek accomodation elsewhere for the last few days of my business trip Outside that, the bar is excellent (provided the live music is not too loud), the rooms spotless and the staff are lovely. The car park is a little undersized and you have to brave a busy road to get to the shopping centre. There is a bus service into Valencia from nearby.

We were a little bit diappointed as the floor where our room was situated smelt like a toilet. Breakfast was very very small. Staff at check in was helpful, at breakfast they had a bad mood.

Great hotel with amazing service! Especially Alex and Valentina are very friendly. Free parking and stable, free WiFi make it perfect if you need to do some work!

Every thing is spot on , I stay here on a regular basis . From the parking , the reception , the room and breakfast . This time a special mention for the evening barstaff Sergo Amparo who served us some beers and delicious pizzas from the 24hr menu . Un saludo

A stopover in a long travel. The hotel us very well located, close to the A7 and to Bonaire CC. Parking available on the location, nice bar and a restaurant. All you need to recharge.. Thank you. As always.
