The hotel on a whole, was excellent and we were pleased with the rooms and their cleanliness. The cleaners worked extremely hard and always greeted my parents with a smile and greeted them with a hello and how are you. The Reception staff were articulate, friendly and maintained a high level of professionalism at all times. They were excellent ambassadors to your brand and exemplified intelligence with their linguistic skills. They were however, sometimes slow. But I do not see that as their fault. Queues should be monitored and when people are waiting, management, for example should help to ease the waiting by stepping in to help or think of ways to streamline the checking in process. The food was okay, but the consensus was that it was more aesthetics over substance. The food was always, always cold and on more than one occasion some food was not cooked properly. An example would be the fish I ate and chips which were crispy on the outside and raw in the middle. I tried saying it was raw but my Spanish is terrible..apologies. The dessert section lacked imagination and I counted only two nights out of seven where the sweets were palatable. I am unfortunately a stickler for perfection and so I inspect plates and cups for cleanliness before using and noticed several which sported stains. Inspections should be made before taking out of the dishwasher. The table service was pleasant and friendly, but again, slow. Again, not their fault. The ratio of table service staff to diners needs to be improved to ensure diners aren’t waiting for longer than ten minutes for their drinks. The bearded gentlemen who provided evening entertainment and who sometimes greeted us at dinner was also very pleasant and professional. Overall my parents and I were happy with our stay and we would like you to relay our thanks to the ladies and gentleman who helped facilitate our visitation. 😎

I can’t fault this hotel at all. What an amazing place. The rooms are super and with gorgeous views from almost all rooms with large balconies. They are comfortable and with a lovely shower. They have a super breakfast with everything you might need. American breakfast with pancakes, English breakfast with hash browns and even fried bread and many options for a continental breakfast ( fruit, croissants, rolls). The coffee was great strength and thank goodness it’s was an unlimited. Every morning there was a different atmospheric live music presence like soothing guitar music, harp music or a singer singer. All to a lovely noise level and great to wake up to. The pool is brilliant. We had no big troubles securing a bed at some points of the day. Reservation of bed is not allowed and the great security is keeping an eye on bed with towels without people using them for a while to make them available for others. The system is great and stops people holding beds al day without being there. The staff in this hotel is just the best. They really are genuinely friendly and super helpful. We loved the guys at the pool bar that make you laugh every day ( more) . Location is just perfect. It’s right on the beach with the pool looking out on al the passers-by. It’s private yet you can see everything going on. It’s close to the old town and it’s not far to the English part either. Both foot travels are flat or it’s super fun walk if you into people watching. If you are not a walker then you can get a bus pass and go 1 or 2 stops to old or new town or get a mobility scooter from close by. We absolutely loved this hotel. Top marks for the all the staff here!

We arrived on Friday and upgraded our room to have a balcony @140 euros, due to being informed by jet2 that they were carrying out works to the back of the hotel. This was our second time staying at the hotel, as we had a good experience last year. On Tuesday morning at 6.30am they started to remove a palm tree just at the front of the hotel, we were not informed about this our TV you can't watch it there is so much interference despite complaining about this. On Tuesday evening the elderly bar attender was standing picking his nose. The room that we are in is just above the bar area, so on my return home l will be canceling our stay for next year.

I must say, this place was fantastic. The amenities were wonderful, staff great, breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Dined for dinner once, also pretty good. Nice hotel bar and pool area. The hotel’s location is perfect; central and beautiful views.

We arrived 19th Dec -29th, always loved Melia chain , been to Torremolinos, Belamadne, and Palma Nova Melia hotels but Innside Casablanca by far the best ever. We have seaview room which cannot be faulted. (503) Staff are so friendly, sociable, efficient nothing is too much for them.Lues is a great multitasker, Food is spot on , it's got a small friendly/classy atmosphere, decor impeccable tho has got 191rooms. Honestly can't fault it WILL BE BACK. No doubt another review will follow before we leave.add on .We had the most amazing Christmas Night meal , food was beyond perfect, again all staff were wonderful, hate to go on +on but iis best hotel we have had ( still 3 nights to go) 🧑‍🎄💖
