This hotel was fantastic. The employees were welcoming and highly professional. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily.
Breakfast at Glasss was delicious each morning.
We visited the rooftop bar three nights in a row and they were great.
The pool did look fairly small but we didn't come to Barcelona to swim at the hotel.
We had an excellent experience.

My stay at Monument Hotel in Barcelona with my family was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel at home. Every detail, from the immaculate facilities to the luxurious rooms, was thoughtfully curated for our comfort.
The breakfast experience was a highlight, with a diverse menu and exquisite presentation. The team's genuine care and dedication set a new standard for hospitality.
I highly recommend Monument Hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. While it is not my only hotel option in Barcelona, it will certainly be my only choice from now on due to its amazing hospitality.

We loved, loved, loved our stay at the Monument Hotel. The staff was so friendly and very helpful with all of our needs during our stay. I don't remember everyone by name but I can say that Xavi, the Concierge, was able to recommend a great restaurant called Botafumeiro, which was an excellent choice. He was also able to help us ship several boxes home after some extensive shopping and handled all of the details with care. Then there was Steven, the bartender. He was very personable, friendly and was able to concoct some great drinks for us. He even gave us a hug before we departed because we felt like family at the end of our week's long stay. Needless to say, on our next travels to Barcelona, we will be booking with the Monument Hotel again.

Room was good. Placed in luxury street.
Reception was kind.
It was all good but unreasonable charge after check-out ruined my whole journey.
I checked everything fine before i checked out (all fine) but they charged 150 euro when i was in train to madrid.
I called the hotel and they told me tap was opened and because of that they charge me.
The thing is i didn't give a tip in a room(forget)
And When i was using hotel there was little problem in shower tap(hard to click)
Do i have to take a picture before i checkout?
They sent me pictures with water and treat me as a problem customer.
Monument hotel's behavior totally ruined my whole journey.

Beautiful hotel. Central location to shopping & Gaudi, easy to walk everywhere. Service was impeccable, decor is sophisticated. Bartenders are superb in every detail - from orchids to ice cubes. Amazing bathtubs and turn down service. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Gracies!
