I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, but I would particularly like to highlight the excellent service provided by Ms. Inma, who was responsible for breakfast. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always attentive to our needs, even adjusting the breakfast schedule to better accommodate us. This level of dedication truly makes a difference and deserves to be recognized.
Overall, the experience at the hotel was good, with comfortable facilities and a convenient location. However, it was Inma's warm and personalized service that truly made the stay special. I highly recommend the hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Very clean and spacious rooms
Air con included
Comfy beds
Powerful shower
Wi-Fi was excellent
Only thing that was bad is the walls are quite thin. You can sometimes hear everything going on upstairs or in the room next door.
Staff are very friendly and informative
Overall I would recommend as great value for money

The worst service! The hotel stinks of sewage. The smell is everywhere and worse in elevators and hallways. When I mentioned it to the front desk the server told me I have problems with my nose and imagination and threatened me. I fled to the basement to get away from the aggressive clerk and discovered the source of the stink. It’s just unbearable! So not only they refused to address their problems they insulted and attacked clients who raised the issues! This is too bad! Because the location is great and room is decent! I hope they’ll solve the problem and stop attacking the client because the stink won’t go away

Great and clean hotel with a great customer service.
The breakfast and the team breakfast are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast food is excellent and plenty of choose.

Although we chose a small room (only for one night), we were delighted with its quality. In this hotel everything is still fresh, clean, bright.
*Very nice service; *varied breakfast (can be eaten on the terrace overlooking the city); *a selection of cosmetics in the bathroom; *location next to the bus station and near the river. Even though it is a 2-star hotel, Petit Palace Vargas is definitely worth recommending 😊
