My husband and I had a wonderful few days staying here. We had a pool view which was stunning. We did not dine in the hotel for dinner as we like to venture out and the marina which is 5 minutes away was perfect. Plenty of restaurants with top quality food. The breakfast in the hotel was plentiful and very nice. The staff here were friendly and professional. I will definitely return. Lovely area.

Ok I only give 4* on location because despite it being stunning, you are essentially isolated unless you want to take a 10 min taxi ride to the nearest town. Everything else about it is beautiful. The hotel is stunning, the staff were lovely, the room was clean and tidy. The only thing I can say as a negative is, they do kind of catfish you slightly. I booked the hotel based on the beautiful photos they show on Google and advertise.....however when you arrive you're very quickly advised that unless you're a private member, you're not allowed in that section of the hotel. I do feel that is unfair especially since the hotel was booked based off of the photos, assuming it was all part of it, and when you're spending over 2k on a 4 day break, you don't expect to be told there is a big chunk of the hotel off limits. Clearly that is a ploy to get you to book which I feel is very underhand but all that aside, it was a beautiful stay and everyone was friendly Best part for me......all the cats that live there, it's literally a cat lovers paradise, they're everywhere 😍

Absolutely love this hotel! We had such an amazing welcome from our bartender, Abraham. He went above and beyond, not only serving fantastic drinks but also sharing the fascinating history of the hotel with us. His knowledge and passion really brought the place to life, and he made sure we knew about all the wonderful things the hotel has to offer. Every detail was perfect, from the service to the atmosphere. We’re so grateful for the rest of the staff, who were equally wonderful, but Abraham truly stole our hearts. 5 stars for everything—can’t recommend this place enough!

Lovely location. Excellent staff. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The restaurants were okay but you have a host of options on the Puerto Calero marina which is a 15 min walk from the resort. The coastal path from the resort is accessed via a gate at the bottom of the resort. The path doesn’t show up on google maps as yet.

Wow Wow and Wow the most beautiful hotel, rooms, food, pools and just an all round fabulous place would highly recommend it and as much as everything was amazing I just found the staff were outstanding from arriving on the Saturday we were met by the loveliest gentleman who showed us to our room and along the way said he had been with the hotel more than 20 years and highlighted some great views and photo opportunities. Equally the dining room staff, bar staff and reception staff just couldn't do enough for you they just wanted your experience to be the best and they succeeded. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I had to leave on the Wednesday and I was given refreshments by the gentleman in reception as previous as he could see I was upset he then arranged for a taxi (lady driver) to take me to the airport for my journey back home, I really can't thank the hotel and its staff enough and will be booking as soon as I can for a return trip xxx Anne Denise Wolstenholme
