Overall not a good customer experience. On the way to the hotel I was delayed and called to tell them I would arrive 20.30 (one hour late) and was told I would need to check in online which was the first I'd heard about this; i couldn't get further clarification due to apparent "phone problems". This was stressful since I was driving at night and didn't know how I would get into the hotel. If there is no reception this should be made clear at booking. In the end they waited which was good but I got a room I didn't like (I asked specifically for a quiet room and was given a road-side room next to the lifts and so didn't sleep so well) and was told I couldn't change it because the reception isn't 24 hour. I woke up to a crash and a huge piece of the ceiling had fallen in the corridor outside of my room. The shower kept going hot and cold and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. Overall it had an atmosphere of cost cutting over quality and customer experience.

Excellent stay start to finish! Staff at both the hotel and restaurant were warm, friendly and so helpful. Spacious suite, luxurious en-suite! The restaurant was lovely and breakfast was delicious. So close to the metro as well. A perfect spot to “come home” to after a busy day in Sevilla!
