We were staying in January and it was a great experience. The location is outstanding, right inside the old town, but away from the crowded center. About 10 minutes of walking to the very center. We had a nice room, not too large, but spacious enough. It was very warm in the room, and the views were great. The breakfast isn't excellent, but filling: various bread, ham, tomatoes, butter, cheese, coffee, capuchino, tea, jam, croissants etc. Overall, great price and value, highly recommended to anyone who visits Toledo.

The location was perfect although parking was difficult. Rooms were basic but what you would expect for a hostel. The rooms have to be heated via the Aircon unit, which I don't personally like.

Terrible unsafe place to stay. The bunk beds fold over squeezing you between bed and wall causing suffocation and head injury. The staff does not respond . This place should be shut down as it has potential for serious injury to humans including suffocation death. Not sure who we should complain about this to and if Spain has any safety regulations regarding boarding .
The rooms were also very hot and no fan or a c was provided .

Great location at the bottom of the hill in the old town.
Rooms are tired, no tea/coffee facilities. Had to unplug bedside lamp (ill-fitting bulb) to recharge phone as there are not enough sockets.
Shower has a curtain not a door. The shower basin filled up with water and flooded the bathroom floor and seeped into bedroom. At least there was no carpet.
Toilet seat was broken but it was repaired the same day. I asked for a second pillow and it was delivered to the wrong room.
Very noisy when neighbours have a shower and when other guests return to hotel at night.
9€ for breakfast represented good value for money. 210€ per night is NOT good value for money.

Got a good stay even just for a night 😊 preferably for a quick stay , very close to the tourist spot..Very friendly staff..
