Recently went on holiday with my family and friends to Blue Waters Arugambay and everything from the service to the food, and location was top tier.
It's a few minutes away from the city but you can rely on the staff to help fix transportation if you don't have a way in and out of the city.
Rinos, the head of staff made sure to attend to each request of our large group - service which made us feel at home.
The food was excellent and yet again each request was attended to with the utmost care.
The location makes this hotel unique as it is secluded from the hustle of the city, providing a sanctuary of sorts overlooking the beach which during the season is amazing to take a dip in.
10/10 would definitely recommend!

During my stay I had an outstanding experience. The food was incredible, with each meal perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The customer service was top-notch; every staff member was attentive and ensured my needs were met promptly. The interior of the hotel is elegant and comfortable, providing a luxurious ambiance. What truly set this hotel apart was their meticulous attention to detail, arranging everything exactly as needed. Highly recommend for a perfect stay!

Location is perfect! The rooms are also nice however we had frequent power cuts and a loud power generator running non stop. The food was okay but took a very long time to prepare and very small portions. If you eat outside and can ignore the generator noise and loss of power and internet, it's a great place!

The huts were beautiful and the whole place was very clean. Staff was friendly and they can organize tuk tuk and taxi if you need it. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner there but we would recommend to go to Arugam bay for that. The food is not bad but also nothing special.
The only problem was the location. It's not directly located at Arugam Bay where all the bars and restaurants are and you need 15 min with a tuk tuk to get there.
